The primary bedroom with a king bed and balcony with breathtaking views to wake up to. The 2nd bedroom suite also with a private bath is large with 2 queen beds and a chaise lounge. There is a 3rd full bath for guests. The spacious living area opens to a large balcony complete with outdoor dining and a BBQ grill to enjoy the beautiful Aruba sunset. Inside enjoy comfortable furniture, large dining table for 6, and a breakfast bar for additional seating. The kitchen is complete with anything a cook may need. Brand new high end appliances, and quartz countertop make this a true high end chef's kitchen.

Guests have everything they desire inside and out at this lux condo. Oceania offers 3 Ocean front pools, steps to Eagle beach and the Caribbean sea. Tennis courts & fitness center Walking distance to restaurants and casinos.

We are offering low introductory rates. Rates are based on 4 guests and exclude local taxes and service fees. Refundable Security deposits collected on all reservations.

Holidays require a 7 night minimum stay.

Low season & High season require a 5 night minimum stay.

Condo was very clean and spacious. Two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as advertised. Property management team was great. They greeted us upon arrival and were very helpful. Beach is steps away. Christina - Property management team was great.

First time renting from this guys, however, the whole team was spot on. Great apartment with new appliances, free access to streaming services like Amazon Prime, Netflix and Disney+. The kitchen is fully stocked. Beach towels and chairs are available as well. This is our 7th or 8th time staying at Oceania, so we are pretty much familiar with the area. As such we didn’t really need any assistance around the island. Overall, it was a great stay and Judy and her team have delivered excellent service. We will be back!

Mike - First time renting from this guys, however, the whole team was spot on.

We stayed at Judy’s apartment at the Oceania complex for 2 weeks. What a fantastic place. As a first time user of Airbnb and a first time visitor to Aruba I had lots of questions leading up to our stay which Judy answered for us really quickly. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful and if anything the photos didn’t do it justice. Anna met us when we arrived there and spent time showing us around and offering her local knowledge. The complex itself is spotless and they are continually keeping it tidy and looking after the communal area’s. The pools are great and we regularly had them to ourselves, and eagle beach is literally a 1 minute walk from the apartment. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We genuinely could not fault anything about our time here and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this apartment to you. Anna and Judy were great and we felt like we have been looked after and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back! We have been spoilt.

Jon - What a fantastic place!

This Oceaina Residence Condo is really just perfect. It is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom with lots of living space. The kitchen is well appointed. The ocean view is gorgeous, the entire property is well kept and the pools are beautiful and clean. The location is quiet but close to restaurants and more lively activities if desired. The washer and dryer are an added bonus and worked very well. The gyms on the property are very nice and well equipped as well. The staff was also amazing. We were greeting kindly by the security guards and maintenance teams worked diligently. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others and would stay here again. Ada - This Oceania Residence Condo is really just perfect.

This place was great and an amazing location. Judy and her team are great. The pools are amazing and the unit is right across the street for the best beach in Aruba. Amazing vacation and will for sure book again

Dewayne - This place was great and an amazing location.

Location across from eagle beach, photos are accurate, with view of condo pools and of ocean. 3 full baths, supplied with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, floaties, coolers, etc. property very quiet, never more than a few people in pools, no loud drunk neighbors. Ideal for quietude . Long enough trip to main tourist area near high rise hotels and cruise ship ports to feel away from the chaos. Very enjoyable for our family. Date of arrival - July 23, 2022
